Molly O’Neill
Molly O’Neill, BA, is an Adler Certified Professional Coach and an ICF Associate Certified Coach, committed to positively impacting the goals, well-being and prosperity of her coaching clients and client organizations.
As an individual and team coach, Molly specializes in developing increased capacity in critical leadership qualities. She works with an inside-out leadership model, encouraging clients to envision, implement and sustain the changes needed to attain their desired results. She motivates her clients to be open to possibilities, maximize unique strengths and become fully accountable for manifesting their vision and goals.
Molly has extensive leadership experience, resulting in keen insights into effective management strategies and solutions. Her expertise includes managing teams of 4-100 people, handling budgets, and increasing team effectiveness and efficiency. Molly’s management style is distinguished by excellent interpersonal skills from her background in employee coaching, working in a team-oriented, leading edge learning organization, as well as early career experience in education.
In addition to work with leaders, Molly works with artists and people embracing challenges requiring deep inquiry and creative strategizing. She is also an intern ADHD Coach with PowerSystems Coaching, Inc.
Molly’s background includes a lifelong interest in the arts, especially music and theatre. Molly taught professionally for several years and later became a successful record producer. She has also spent nearly two decades studying and practicing yoga and meditation.
Julie English
As an individual and team coach, Julie’s area of specialty is in leadership and team effectiveness coaching. She is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and coaches particularly in Training and Process Improvement. She is experienced in driving results by utilizing both project management and six sigma skills. She has a track record that blends business results with employee development through a true teaming spirit.
Julie holds a B.S.E. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and a M.S.E. in Technical Management from the Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Her additional training includes Carnegie Melon CMMI and Thunderbird’s Global Leadership Program.
Julie is a member of the International Coach Federation, the American Society for Training/Development and the Society of Women Engineers. She also founded a non-profit organization for women in transition.
Barbara Gormally
As an individual coach, Barbara focuses on enabling clients to produce fulfilling results by focusing on how individuals self-define and how their self-definition is affected by their beliefs, values, needs, assumptions, and interactions with others and their environments. Barbara feels a profound resonance with the Natural Effectiveness Philosophy that is the foundation of Change Agents, Inc.
Barbara has more than twenty years experience in the fields of training and development, human resources and organizational development in the corporate sector. She has been a leader in diverse industries.
Barbara holds a B.S. degree in Vocational, Secondary Education and a M.A. degree in Learning Technologies, both from the University of New Mexico. Her training as a coach was with the Adler School of Professional Coaching.
Bob Llewellyn
Bob coaches from a strong basis of thirty years in industry, working in engineering, project management, corporate-level budgeting, business systems development and organizational effectiveness and change. He was the project manager for the implementation of a highly successful performance management process widely judged an industry best practice. He has developed strategy for human resources and directed company-wide assessments of culture and change.
Bob has developed and delivered several successful training interventions, particularly in the area of business acumen. His broad experience base provides the foundation to develop practical and relevant business acumen learning systems that are unique in industry.
Bob holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and a M.B.A. from the executive program of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is a registered P.E. He has been an adjunct professor in the human resources graduate program at Ottawa University in Phoenix, AZ.

Sandy Somers
Sandy Somers, RN, MS, ACC, coaches individuals and teams to be their personal best and to achieve their desired goals. She specializes in career development using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to help people realize their own and others’ gifts and how to use this understanding to maximize personal and professional growth. Sandy’s education and career have given her a breadth and depth of experience in working with people. She excels at connecting people with the resources they need during important transition phases of their lives.
She has had a productive career in healthcare, which has included roles in clinical practice, education, research, administration, and successful grant procurement and review at the national level.
She graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Arizona State University with a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing. Sandy is a certified professional coach through the Adler School of Professional Coaching, one of the premier coach training programs in the world. She is also credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, and presented with her Valley Coaching Collaborative colleagues, at the international conference in October 2007 on measuring coaching effectiveness.
 
Jody Owen
Jody grew up in an organized household, and learned the value of “a place for everything” very early on, although she didn’t always practice it then! Her background includes a strong administrative history, as well as creative endeavors such as hair stylist, personal color consultant, exercise instructor/trainer, cable installer and retail window-dresser. Those talents and skills, along with her participation and interest in personal development programs, have helped her create her unique approach to organizing that works with her clients’ mental and emotional organization as well as with their physical space.
Jody specializes in helping businesses and entrepreneurs maximize their natural effectiveness and create the kind of spaces and systems that allow them to be productive, creative and balanced.
She is a Charter Member and Vice President of the National Association of Professional Organizers-Arizona Chapter, 2005 President’s Choice Award winner, 2006 Founder’s Award winner and a mother of two girls.

G. Susan Rivers
A particular focus of Susan’s work is helping clients break down the barriers to vibrant living and discover they are more than their past and the bad things that might have happened. She helps clients get “unstuck” from the barriers that are holding them back. Through the use of cognitive restructuring, proven techniques, humor and God’s healing grace, she refocuses on the client’s individual strengths to achieve a life and a career that is free to achieve, as well as enjoy, a vibrant life.
G. Susan Rivers is a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in both Arizona and California. With more than 20 years experience, she specializes in trauma recovery, sexual abuse recovery, childhood trauma recovery, relationship struggles, divorce recovery, anxiety, depression and co-dependency issues, treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and general life stressors for those single or married. Susan holds an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. She is also a certified Level II EMDR therapist. She is a clinical member of The American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Melissa Guenther
Melissa Guenther is an expert in both culture change management and training and in designing customized blueprints and interventions for change, particularly in the realm of security awareness. She brings to her work with Change Agents, Inc. more than twenty years experience and an outstanding record of proven results.
Melissa created the plan and blueprint for the University of Arizona’s Security Awareness Campaign and assisted in its implementation. As a result of this work, she was sought out by the Department of Homeland Services for the State of Arizona to consult in the design and implementation of the Department of Economic Security and the Department of Health Services statewide campaigns.
In addition, she is an Advisor and Security Awareness Consultant to Phoenix InfraGard. She created and provided training for PNW enterprise-wide Information Records Management to ensure compliance to Corporate Policies and Procedures. Her clients include Texaco, the University of Arizona, and Manitoba Information Protection Centre and Public Service of New Mexico.
Melissa is frequently requested as a presenter at various security conferences, such as SANS, CSI, and the Arizona Chapter of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (ACHICIA), both nationally and internationally. She has designed three tools that are currently sold internationally as part of Symantec’s Compliance Suite.
