The JobScan™ tool is designed to assess a specific position in your organization, based on the highest performing individuals’ ProScan™ results, as well as the characteristics expected by the position’s supervisor or department head.
The TeamScan™ tool is used to assess the group dynamics of specific teams within the company, specific company departments, or the organization as a whole.
